Summary: Authorizes local agencies to create junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs) in single-family residential zones. Limits JADUs to one per residential lot with an existing single-family residence, requires owner-occupancy, mandates deed restrictions, and prohibits additional parking requirements. Specifies that permits for JADUs must be processed ministerially within 120 days.
