Summary: Prohibits local agencies from imposing an owner-occupancy requirement on any accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Allows for rental terms of 30 days or longer. Makes additional amendments to ADU regulations to align with AB 1033, provided AB 1033 and this bill are both enacted and this bill is enacted last.
